These Terms and Conditions apply, without restriction or reservation, to the use of the website www.locker4rent.es whose ownership belongs to LOCKER 4 RENT SL with CIF No. B-10976215 and that moves in the market under the brand LOCKER 4 RENT.
All policies published on the website set out the conditions under which LOCKER 4 RENT offers access to the website, products and services.
Users should read these Terms of Use and Conditions of Sale at www.locker4rent.es.
The use, access or purchase on this website implies knowledge and full acceptance of the legal warnings and conditions detailed below.
LOCKER 4 RENT and RAIN FOREST reserves the right to modify the policy of use of this agreement on its own initiative and without prior notice to the User, such conditions coming into force from the time of publication on the web. LOCKER 4 RENT SL is a company dedicated to providing services for the operation and sale of smartlockers.
RAIN FOREST S.L. is the company that manages the BIOPARC Aquarium of Gijón and is the owner of the lockers located in its establishment.
All sections that make up these Terms of Use of the website must be known and accepted by all users accessing the website.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
With respect to intellectual property, reference should be made to the provisions already established in the Legal Notice collected on the web site www.locker4rent.es However, it should be noted that the public information contained in the website, the software, products or services that can be obtained from them, as well as the brands, products and logos, among others, of the companies and centers of the services offered are protected by the legal provisions on intellectual and industrial property, so the copy, transmission, transfer, disposal or use by the User without the prior express consent of LOCKER 4 RENT of the owner of the trademarks or logos, in the terms provided in the Law on Intellectual and Industrial Property is not authorized.
USE OF THE PORTAL:

LOCKER 4 RENT and RAIN FOREST will use all means at its disposal to keep the service available 24 hours a day, committing itself in case of breakdown to carry out as soon as it becomes aware of it, as many repairs as necessary to restore the service, but if the lack of service is due to causes beyond the control of LOCKER 4 RENT such as prolonged interruption of any external supply, failure of major network nodes, social conflicts, actions of third parties, as well as the temporary suspension of service due to the need to update the equipment; LOCKER 4 RENT will not ensure the restoration of the service in an efficient manner and shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the lack of service.
RESPONSIBILITY:
LOCKER 4 RENT and RAIN FOREST will respond solely and exclusively for the services provided and the contents directly originated by LOCKER 4 RENT or RAIN FOREST or identified with its Copyright. This liability shall be excluded in cases of force majeure or in cases where the configuration of the user’s equipment is not adequate to allow the proper use of the services offered LOCKER 4 RENT.
LOCKER 4 RENT nor RAIN FOREST is not responsible for the possible appearance of ads indexed in search engines outside the Portal, once they have been removed from our databases. You accept full responsibility for the legality of your actions under the legislation that applies to you, as well as for the legality of the items you advertise on our website.
MINORS:

SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MAKE A RESERVATION
To make a reservation, you do not need to register as a user.
When formalizing the order you will provide a series of data. In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) and the Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Guarantees of Digital Rights, LOCKER 4 RENT informs users that the personal data collected during the purchase process will be entered into a file under its responsibility, in order to process such actions by the user and manage subsequent actions arising from them. As long as you do not inform us otherwise, we understand that your data has not been modified, that you agree to notify us of any changes and that we have the consent to use them in order to be able to maintain the relationship between the parties. It is essential that during the purchase process the user indicates a valid email address.

At the time of formalization of the order through the web www.locker4rent.es is understood given the user’s consent to the validity and effectiveness of the contract of sale that binds the parties. LOCKER 4 RENT will electronically store the order data.
The customer, upon receipt of the product at the delivery address provided, will receive a copy of the reservation. In addition, he will receive the invoice of the order by e-mail.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND ACCEPTANCE

PRICE
The products offered by RAIN FOREST are sold for the price that appears on the website at the time of registration of the order by the user. The prices shown in the catalog are expressed in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT). RAIN FOREST reserves the right at any time and unilaterally to modify the price of the products and services offered through www.locker4rent.es of the consignment shops located in Bioparc Acuario de Gijón. To guarantee the customer the certainty and security of the price of their products, this will be the current price in the advertising coinciding with the time of placing the order.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There is no right of cancellation or withdrawal once the reservation has been formalized and paid.
PAYMENT METHODS

USER OBLIGATIONS
The User, when contracting the locker rental services undertakes, in particular and without limitation:
To use the lockers for the sole purpose of depositing your property that you need to store temporarily in a safe place.
To diligently use the lockers and, in particular, to ensure that the locker is properly closed when the User leaves the premises (after inserting or removing the packages).
Not to use the lockers for illegal or unauthorized purposes. In particular, the User undertakes not to store objects whose mere possession or trafficking is illegal (such as stolen objects, drugs, pornographic materials or in any way degrading to human beings, etc.).
Not to deposit any property whose possession requires a license without such license or authorization (e.g., weapons).
Not to provide your security key to any third party, being fully responsible for the breach of this obligation and its consequences.
To access the premises and remain therein for the sole purpose of accessing the rented locker and only to carry out a specific action in relation to the packages inserted. The User may not remain in the premises longer than strictly necessary.
Not to include in the lockers money, jewelry, technological items (tablets, computers, televisions, etc.) or goods of special value, being the sole and exclusive responsibility of the user the decision to use the rented lockers to store this type of goods of special value.
OBLIGATIONS OF RAIN FOREST S.L.
RAIN FOREST is obliged to maintain the locker service active and to make available to the User, during the contracted time, the locker or lockers that the User has contracted in good conditions of use.
Likewise, RAIN FOREST is obliged to resolve any incident that may arise in the use of the slogans as soon as possible.
RAIN FOREST’S LIABILITY LIMIT
RAIN FOREST offers a locker space rental service and is not responsible for the custody of the packages. The User is solely responsible for the goods included in the rented lockers.
Notwithstanding the above, in the event of theft, RAIN FOREST has taken out an insurance contract in favor of the Users that covers losses due to theft up to a maximum of 300€ per locker.
This insurance does not cover the loss of money, jewelry, precious stones or metals, watches, plasma screens and in general technological objects (LCD, GPS navigators, cell phones, computers, tablets), art objects, antiques, memory cards or any other media containing data or images.
AGREEMENT
The present conditions of use constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerned. In the event that one of the clauses of the present conditions is null and void, this will not affect the rest of the conditions.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION IN CASE OF DISPUTES
The relationship between RAIN FORST and the user shall be governed by the Spanish legislation in force and any dispute shall be submitted to the competent Courts and Tribunals of Gijón.
